He also serves as the Academic Dean on campus. With Dr. Michael Allen, he serves as general editor of two series: Zondervan Academic’s New Studies in Dogmatics and T & T Clark’s International Theological Commentary. Dr. Swain is co-chair of the Reformed Theology Consultation in the Evangelical Theological Society. He blogs regularly at the Alliance site Reformation21 and Common Places. Dr. Swain is an ordained minister in the Presbyterian Church in America. He and his wife, Leigh, have four children. This week Theology on the Go is featuring a podcast on an overview of Trinitarian theology. On the night our Lord was betrayed he taught His disciples about the Trinity. That alone ought to convince us that the doctrine of the Trinity is a practical matter. This podcast is the second in a series focusing on the doctrine of the Trinity. In light of the recent Trinitarian controversy, Theology on the Go believes that a series like this is an important service to the Church of our Lord Jesus Christ. So, grab that cup of coffee and meet us at the table!
